(“Deep Interaction Lab”), a corporation incorporated in the Province of Ontario, Canada. Flyday connects travelers with fellow passengers for real-time flight updates and community engagement. We also develop a practice tool designed to help users gradually manage fear of flying.

  • Lead Forms & Bookings: If you submit a form or book a meeting through a third-party advertising platform (such as Meta/Facebook or LinkedIn), we may receive information you provide on that platform, such as your name, email address, and any responses you include.   • Community Features: Your display name, avatar, and in-app activity (such as messages, reactions, and flight tracking activity) may be visible to other authenticated users of the Service as part of the community experience. Your email address is never displayed publicly.

  • Flight Tracking Data: Flight request data is retained for the duration of your account to support your flight history and community features.
  • Waitlist Data: Waitlist and screening data is retained until the product launches or you request removal, whichever comes first.
  • Analytics Data: Google Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google's data retention settings (typically 14 months for user-level data).
  • Logs: Server logs may be retained for up to 90 days for debugging and security purposes.

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in jurisdictions where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 10. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Deep Interaction Lab Inc. is headquartered in Ontario, Canada. However, your data is stored and processed on servers located in the United States.
